Congraduations and Celebrations!

I'm late posting about this as usual, but a week ago today I had my Graduation Ceremony! It was a very emotional day saying goodbye to people I've known and lived with over the past three years  ='(  but it was also a feel-good day as all the hard work over the past three years was rewarded too! =)

The next day my girlies Gina and Anna were nice enough to throw me a celebratory dinner party  =)  With each of us picking a course to do:

Anna had the starter and we had a really tasty
bacon and garlic mushroom bruschetta

Gina had the main and made gorgeous chicken,
sweet potato and chickpea chapatis

And I had the dessert which was a fruit cocktail jelly with icecream...

...except my jelly never set.  Lord knows why. So in the end, we added vodka to the jelly juice and made Jellytails which we drank with the icecream for dessert.

All thats left is a huge thank you to Gina and Anna for the celebrations, thank you to everyone who watched the live feed on the day and thank you to everyone who sent me a congratulatory message!
