It's late but it's Lodz part 1

I know it took me a hell of a long time, but here it is:

On the 14th March 2010 I saw my favourite band in the whole world again =) This time I travelled all the way to Lodz, Poland to see them with Amiee,Peyton and a newbie this time, Emzii.

It was better than last time. Seriously.

We didnt sleep in the queue overnight this time, we had comfy warm beds (admittedly as I was a last minute edition to the trip I had to share half a bed with Amiee and half a bed with Emzii - that was interesting xD) and a roof over our heads protecting us from the snow. Yes, it was snowing AGAIN.

We headed to Atlas Arena around 6:30am and queued all day in the sleet, getting cute wristbands to prove we were there first and that we had FANZONE (that's right at the front) tickets =)

The queue got a bit violent towards the time they were letting us in, loads of fans turned up and complained about the queueing system but we won in the end and the system stayed in place. The only problem is, when you were you're one of the first to arrive so you're against the barrier and 4000 other people behind you start to push 'cause they're angry? Gets a little scary o__o

I made friends with a Polish Security Guard in the queue so he made room for me to squeeze through every time I got separated from my friends 'cause of the throng of fans. Also, when they finally did start letting people in, he reached over the people in front of me so he could pull me through before them =)

The result? FRONT ROW BITCHEZZZ! =D

Right under Tom's nose again ♥ and what a glorious nose it is. The energy in this gig was mental, so much more lively than the Copenhagen gig, the fans really went for it. Got a little bruised during the gig but it was seriously brilliant! I have to admit, I shed a little tear or 7 during 'In Your Shadow', that song gets me every time. If you havent heard it, go listen.
There was one point where Tom opened his mouth and literally just said 'Thank You' and the crowd went MENTAL.I think I was stood infront of a group of Georg fans though 'cause whenever he crossed the stage to come onto the staircase infront of us I got deafened by shrieks and about 9 elbows to the head *rage*.

Never the less, brilliant gig, brilliant night, brilliant trip! More general trip posts to come laterm but for now, here's some of the concert pics I took:
